Binoculars with wide field of view, and good eye relief suitable for use with glasses (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I am looking for the best low range price binoculars for sporting events. I am looking for a wide field of vision however, I am also looking for something that could be used with glasses.

I was looking at these:

http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-Xtra...TF8&colid=337C9OBIMQOKN&coliid=I1DD5HEB0JDO5P

because the FOV on them is incredible, however I don't think they would be good for use with glasses.

SO I found these two:
http://www.eyeskey.com/8x30-Compact-Waterproof-Wide-Angle-Binoculars.html
http://www.eyeskey.com/8x25-Pocket-Size-Waterproof-Travel-Binoculars.html

The 8X25 has a slightly better eye relief at 16mm verses 15mm in the 8X30, but they are also lower priced. Is that a reputable band? I am skeptical because I can't find much information on the company and all the reviews seem to be written by the same person (they all make very similar grammatical errors (the kind a non-native english speaker would make)) which just left me a little suspicious.

So if you know of any good binoculars at a similar price with a great FOV and eye relief suitable for use with glasses please let me know

Thanks!

Hi Alien!

Welcome to Bird Forum.

You won't need anything more than 6 power for most sporting events.

This little binocular has a 420' field of view at 1000 yards. That is about as wide as 99% of good binoculars get. So if you are seated in the end zone and 100 yards away from the other one your field of view (FOV) will be 42 feet wide. This binocular also has nice long eye relief (ER) of 18.5 mm. That is considered long and suitable for use with while wearing glasses. The thinner your glasses are and the closer they are to your eyes helps to make the FOV as wide as possible.

It is also very reasonably priced and rather small and lightweight. You can test it out for 30 days if you buy it from this company too. And, it should be added, that this binocular is very popular and very highly regarded by people who own it. Like me. It also comes in 8 x 30 with a slightly narrower FOV and shorter ER.

Hello ceasar,
Thanks for the detailed reply! Those look really good and I appreciate you recommending them. I think I will probably purchase those. They seem like they would be perfect for my needs and it seems like a good company to deal with. Can't wait for hockey season to start! B :)
