Looks kinda like a Magpie half way up that there mast thing. Will go for that for now, and have a better look at it tomorrow when I've had some sleep!

Spotless starling? (Doesn't look like one, but likes like a place one might be)

Where do Europeans usually stick masts like these? In order that reception and transmission is unimpeded? Realise that, then think about the birds you may find in such a habitat...
