Sick Baby Swallow? hELP (1 Viewer)

Hello, I'm sorry if I'm posting this thread in the wrong forum I just can't find the correct cathegory for this but I'm really in an emergency case right now.
I've found a baby swallow two days ago, in an area where cats are commonly around. I put it on a tree but it was too weak to hold in thus I decided to take it home. It can't fly yet but yesterday it was trying to fly so much, going around and flapping it wings.
I don't have specific food for it, I've been feeding it mashed egg. I'm not overfeeding it either. It wouldn't open it's mouth for me so I open it gently to insert the food in. He doesn't chirp.
Last night I gave it water and I forgot to dry it off before putting it back in the nest I made him to sleep, thus this morning he woke up with a swollen eye and his throat feathers are all dryed in a weird manner. Whenever he breathes in it produces a barely heard squeak.
We don't have a vet around my place. I had to use a treatment for swollen eye that I had used myself a few months ago. But what should I do? I don't want to lose his life... I'm crying so much help me please
