Ageing young Tawny owls (1 Viewer)

Anyone able to give me a rough age for the owlets in the attached photo please? Looking at some online stuff I'd guess between 2 and 3 weeks?

There is at least 3 in there, and possibly a 4th hidden under the pile, so given they've reared only 1 last year and 2 the year before it would seem either they're getting better, or there's a new provider, or it's a good rodent year!

They're in a box I put up in the wood at the bottom of the garden. I only go up to the boxes (there are 3) once towards the end of April to check occupancy and contents, so it would be good to back track to the approx likely egg laying period. Then it's a case of trying to spot them up in the branches...

Thanks
Mick
