A question about a Shag (1 Viewer)

Peewit

Once a bird lover ... always a bird lover
hi there

After a trip to Devon, 9th-11th March 2012, I was sad to see this Shag had some fishing tackle wrapped around its leg at Breakwater.

It seemed to be doing well, diving for fish although I felt concerned for its welfare - as it must be debilated in its movements

Is there a body I can contact or are there people around who take care of the local birds interests.

Regards
Kathy
