Surprised to see Cattle Egrets (1 Viewer)

On the way to Baylys beach near to Dargaville, here in Northland NZ. I was very surprised to see a flock of 15 Cattle egrets, the first that I've seen here in NZ, though I've heard that they can be seen over on the east coast side

I tried to get some record shots but they were very flighty. The farmer thought that I was mad,"its only a bird" but it made my day!

Great photos of your find Flossiep. It sounds like you need to train that farmer!
