Razorbill age (1 Viewer)

Hi,

This Razorbill was photographed a few weeks back and I was curious as to its age? The Puffins and Guillemots on the near by Skellig Islands had not fledged young yet. But I did notice a lack of Razorbill on the island. To me the bird looks to young for a first year bird. so is it one of this years young?
Thanks.

Gideon
