Dove w/ a white eye ring in Honolulu (1 Viewer)

Two days ago at Honolulu, Hawaii. Is this a juvenile Mourning Dove? It was about the size of a Zebra Dove and walked away from me before I could take more photos. The reference photos I checked showed a few juvenile Mourning Doves with a white eye ring (though less distinct). Mourning Doves are established elsewhere on our island so it is possible that they have already expanded to where I took the photo.
