You are lucky getting a Golden Pheasant, dont forget you can put up to 3 pictures a day in the gallery.

Pictures of Golden Pheasant in the field are rare indeed - even seeing them this well is pretty hard. I saw a male cross the trail at Foping (also in the Qinling Mountains) after several hours of staring at a tiny patch of forest I knew held a calling male, but which never showed, and once stalked a bird in Wolong through rough scrub which required crawling under and through bramble thickets so that my client (but not me) could get a two second view.

The view through the branches remind me irresistably of this latter experience!
