North Wales birder
hi all,

The other day (saturday), I was watching a mallard diving, is this unusual as ive never seen it before?

thanks,

I have seen mallards diving at my local pond they had about 12 duckling last year but what do you mean by diving as in going full body under the water or just the head under
On the subject of ducks i saw geese flying over my head yesterday a great site they wer flying very low i think they wer pink footed geese but couldnt be sure and the ducks i have seen them flying lots of times and on the way to the inch(park) i saw them young ones i could tell by the white chest
