My wife and I have just book a week's holiday in mid October on the shore of Ross Bay, just south of Kirkcudbright. What's the birdwatching like in Ross Bay?

If you can get to Corsewall Point,Killigtringham Lighthouse,Portpatrick or the Mull of Galloway there is some great seawatching on the Rhinns of Galloway.
