What is this bird? Location unknown, but captive (1 Viewer)

This was posted on a discussion board I am on; the poster has no idea where the picture came from. I am going nuts trying to identify what bird this might be. The red wing patches really puzzle me. Any ideas? I was thinking a member of the Cracidae, but I could be way off.

Def. not a Cracidae. Based on a fast google search I'd go with Turaco as suggested by birdboybowley:
