Which world list? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Could you help me with info on what rules for keeping world list are followed in different countries, regarding which authority to follow?

Eg, the ABA states on their website that to count a bird (outside AOU area) it must be an accepted species by Clements.

The same goes for the Swedish twitchers club, Club300, that also states that all world lists submitted to the list site should follow Clements.

What's the case in other countries (eg. the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, France etc....).

-Are there "official" rules for which authority to follow if you keep a world list?
-Which authority is followed?

Many thanks for any help!
/Markus
