Many wrens (1 Viewer)

There appear to be a lot more wrens in the open this year around my garden (mainly in the past week or so). I don't know if its been a bumper year for wrens or that it is the opposite and they are in the open because of a food shortage caused by the weather? Definitely not happened in previous years.

Normally I get sightings of broods briefly or the occasional singleton, but this year one got within 6 feet of the house on a patio and others have been around quite regularly.

Anyone like to comment.
