32X + Digital Adapter 2 + Televid APO 77 HELP (1 Viewer)

Here is the problem. I just got the hang of the 20 to 60 and it fits together beautifully with the Leica Digital Adapter 2. Then I read how the 32 x is a wonderful bright lens..... so I had to possess it. It arrived today. The adapter doesn't fit the 32 x worth a damn........the circumference of the lens is much smaller than the 20 to 60 where it should mate with the digital adapter ....How could this be ? Was the adapter made for only for the 20 to 60 ? All help appreciated.
