Unknown raptor in Mole NP, Ghana (1 Viewer)

I saw this raptor flying in Mole NP in Ghana. I'm quite sure it's a hooded vulture, but the head seems to be to large. Am I missing something?

You are right! Thanks. Odd how the light/dark pattern of the under wings is just the opposite of the adult plumage. My bird guide showed juveniles to be completely dark underneath.
