Tripod heads with locking lever (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a tripod head for a small scope (65mm) that has the pan/tilt lock on the panning handle.

I know the Velbon PH157Q does this, but are there any others, preferably that will allow a Swarovski foot to slot in without any mounting plate?

I've been going through various online retailers but they dont always detail exactly how the pan/tilt locking mechanisms function.
