Raptor with white bits, Benacre, Suffolk (1 Viewer)

I agree with marsh harrier, and I've seen a juvenile bird/birds with a similar pattern of white on the upperparts (not sure about the unders) at nearby Minsmere.

Last year I posted a photo of a raptor to this forum which I think very similar to this one and id'ed as female marsh. For comparison

I don't think there is any doubt any more that it is a Marsh harrier, the debate is over whether it could be/is/isn't a juvenile.
 
Or spend half a day re-reading this monster thread. All the answers are contained within...

Which I hasten to add i've not done... but, the first three images seem to be of two seperate birds - a pale tail band seems to disappear between shots, does it not?
