I'd like to say Forster's Tern but i'm not sure it is.
(i'm just narrowing it down. I think i'm stuck with the wader too (maybe Sanderling in br plu, but looks more like least...OOH - Red Necked Stint?))
 
This is annoying.
I correct with Ross's Gull, Canada, and Ring necked, unless other birds are amazing fancy dressers!
Sanderling based on the clock work like legs, and Arctic tern due to the 'carpal car'?
