Raptor Seward Peninsula Alaska (1 Viewer)

Had this raptor flying to the south of me at some distance. Believe there is enough to ID. Believe it is a falcon looking at the wings.

At that distance, size is tough to judge, but the tail seems pretty long to me, though that may be an artifact of lighting.
