Central Western Coast of Costa Rica. Second and third photo - same bird. Looks Vireo-like, but seems to have a red wash on the chin/throat?

1 looks a Greenish Elaenia to me. Small looking head/bill, white above the eye, non apparent wing-bars etc.
Agree the 2nd is a Tennessee W

I didn't have Greenish Elaenia in mind, but refreshing my memory with Google Images, I think you are very right!
