Hi there,
This is my first birding in the Far East. I hired a local guide for 10 days for North and Central Thailand - looking for a companion who is interest in very intensives birding and cost sharing.
Main targets:
- Pak Thale
- Kaeng Krachen
- Khao Yai
- Doi Ang Khang
- Doi Inthanon

Wow,

that is a lot to do in 10 days, i could (and have in most cases) spend 10 days at each of those sites and hardly scratch the surface. You will almost spend as much time traveling as you will birding. It is a long way from KK to DAK.

very best of luck, thailand is a great travel destination.
