Tokyo Japan one last photo (1 Viewer)

Home from Japan and sorting and sifting my photos. One last one. I took this a few days ago out the window of one high rise building across to another high rise building.

Any idea? It's cropped a lot and I left some wires in the photo with the hope it would provide some scale.

It is a White Wagtail. I'm not sure which subspecies would be found in Japan.

Cool. Thanks. Wiki says in Japan the subspecies is Black-backed wagtail

lugens fits. A lot of white on the wing edges and a line through the eye.
