The closest I have found so far is a digital copy of "Birds of the West Indies" by Herbert A. Raffaele which I can load onto my iphone and iPad.

Thanks Niels. I loaded Birds of the West Indies onto my iPhone. It is not as easy to use as a dedicated app but should be helpful.
