Plover in Santa Cruz old harbour on Flores/ Azores (1 Viewer)

Hi you all,
In the evening of the 18th of October 2017 I could see a Charadrius hiaticula in Santa Cruz porto vehlo (old harbour) on Flores/ Azores. I am not so sure anymore. Pls. look at the faint superciliary stripe. Maybe a SemiPalm Plover, Charadrius semipalmatus?
attached you will find 1 image of the bird. ID-help is highly appreaciated
