Yes, and with a long tail in relation to it´s wing tip.
Judging from shape and slightly graduated tail (seems long-tailed though) and although the bill is not seen well in the image it´doesn´t belong to either of the Tanagers. Orchard is the suggested bird.

I agree. It's definitely an oriole and baltimore looks likely.

I'd go for Orchard Oriole myself, as this bird lacks the orangey tones often apparent on the tail and elsewhere. It also has a small jizz to me, and because I have seen many fewer Orchards than Baltimores, this bird seems a bit "unfamiliar." Can't explain that pink beak though!

I dont know why or have an exact reason.. its just the bird looks like an orchard oriole...
