Lots of coughs! (1 Viewer)

Lots of sightings of coughs here in west Wales yesterday, (probably the same pair!). They tend to favour the cliffs on the MOD land which is opened up at weekends. I was just about to snap my award winning shot, when some rock climbers sent them scattering! ;-) Had to make do with some crumby, long distance, much cropped, blurry shots. :-( But they are there!

Saw one again this morning, right down the bottom of the cliff though, against the sparkling sea! Another glorious day here in the west! Another rubbish shot, but I'm going to get him, he might just as well give in! Later, I walked right into a pair of them, but as usual, by the time I got the camera ready, they'd legged it!

As every circus must have a clown, so every forum must have a comedian. Looks like we have more than our share here.

I'm just jealous that you've seen such a fabulous bird. I've never seen one. Didn't realise the legs were so red. Thanks for sharing the photos.

The couple I saw today up close, had really red legs and beak, guess it's the time of the year! ;-)

Was Tecwen Whittock birdwatching with you today Frank !?

Sorry about that but I couldn't resist !

This group is awash with comedians. ;-) I assume it was joke, not having a clue who Tecwen Whittock is. You boys are wasted here, you could all be making seriously good money elsewhere. Nice of you to unselfishly dedicate your time and your undoubtedly brilliant senses of humour to entertaining us lesser mortals here in the group. Much appreciated, but hang on to the day job, just in case!

Tecwen Whittock is the bloke who repeatedly coughed on ' Who wants to be a millionaire' in order to reveal the answers to help Charles Ingram cheat his way to a million pounds.

Please accept my humblest apologies, if I upset you, Frank. I suppose it's my fault for starting them off.

I was wondering what this thread could be about at first. Coughs?
And those of us (and there are plenty) with a warped sense of hmour couldn't resist.

Sorry Frank!
