Is this bird a Stock Dove? Or is it a Feral Pigeon? I struggle to tell the difference, but I'm hoping that this bird is a Stock Dove.

Ah, I see. The Stock Dove doesn't have the thick wing bars. I had missed that somehow.
This is a different bird and a regular visitor to my garden, maybe this one is a Stock Dove? (Sorry it's not such a good picture, it's taken through the kitchen window!).

Look at the following Markers-

Stock dove:
dark iris --pink bill -- only two shortish black bars /spots on wing

Rock dove or Rock pigeon (ancestor of feral pigeon- therefore this appleies also to wildcolored feral pigeons like the on e in your 1st photo):
orange to reddish brown iris--grey-black bill-- two long black bars on wing
