Hey ,

Can anyone help me , I have Elements 4 but had to stop using it when I started shooting in RAW. Elements 4 crashed when you try to load a Canon RAW file. Doea anyone know if this is fixed or has it been updated in Elements 5.

I'd be inclined to try to reinstall Elements 4.0. It's the only only software I use for Canon .CR2 RAW files. I've never had any problems with it at all.

I am using an AMD Dual core processor which may be part of the problem. See attached link
