Blurry Falcon in Spain ID (1 Viewer)

Hi everybody!

I took a quick and bad picture of this falcon migrating south in Barcelona. Any guesses? Sorry about the poor quality of this pic.

I think the tail looks wrong for Peregrine. It's too long, particularly at the edges, and the base seems to narrow (mostly inferred from the way in which the tail is spread; difficult to explain without a drawing, but in a Peregrine or similar species, I'd expect the top of the "triangle" of the fanned tail to show more overlap with the outline of the body). So I agree with Tom, FWIW.
 
Thanks everybody for your opinions and comments. I don't think it was a peregrine but it went everything too fast to know for sure.
