ID this bird of prey from January in NJ (1 Viewer)

Albatross Jones

Bird watching since way back in 2015
Up in northern NJ in early January, I took these photos and haven't been able to identify the bird. Pics aren't very good. Due to file size I've only uploaded one which hopefully is enough. I can upload more if necessary. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!
