Did you mean to upload such a small image SL? I can hardly see the flowers with my aging eyesight LOL
 
That's a bit better LOL . I'm sure someone will manage to ID it for you from that image.
 
Devil's-bit Scabious, Succisa pratensis. Indeed a great magnet for nectaring insects. Also the larval food plant of the very local Marsh Fritillary.
