It looks to me like camera settings/conditions have made this a bright image. With that in mind, are the two females really out of the question?

Might be a young male Scrub Euphonia. As others have said, yes, female Yellow-throated would have much more white on underparts. Although the lighting makes it look weird, it also kind of looks like it has the grayish nape shown on female Scrubs.
