Wrentit? (1 Viewer)

I found this couple building a nest about 4 feet up in a tree right off of a heavily traveled path (10-15 people per hour). One (Male?) looks to be a wrentit judging by the eyes, but the other (female?) has solid black eyes. Any clarification on this would be apreciated.

The birds seem to be Bushtits. That would explain why the male has the light eye and the female has the dark eye. Also the Pacific bushtit population has a brown crown just like yours.
 
Thanks... Both of the books I have show the dark eyed (male) picture. I missed the part about the females having yellow eyes.
