Dove - Central Illinois (1 Viewer)

Hi,

First impression was Morning Dove. But not sure we can rule out Eurasian Collared-Dove here. IMO, the tail looks better for Eurasian Collared-Dove in the second pic. And overall I am getting a Eurasian Collared-Dove feel. Not sure a definite ID can be determined by these photo alone, though.

On a side note, you have a raptor-friendly utility. Those big wrapping devices over the power insulators are rubber bird guards to prevent electrocution.
