Bird of Prey in Eastern Ontario, Canada (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Yesterday I was driving along a road close to Upper Canada Village near Ingleside, Ontario, Canada. All of a sudden I noticed a bird of prey on a tree top. I got close enough to take a decent shot, before I got closer a red-winged blackbird attacked it and it few away. I know it's probably in the hawk family but can anyone tell me what kind? (i'm lousy with birds of prey)

Thanks for the help!
