....speckled appearance, large brown eyes......oh yeah and four hooves and an udder !!!....farmer has introduced a herd of cows which are spending quite a bit of time at my bird table ! think I might have to move it from against the fence or food bill could go up considerably :eek!:

Makes a change from the neighbours dog or cat ;)
 
Ooh christine....that sounds like wicked fun !! - I have been thwacking them on the nose with twigs (the remnants of my plants) - but they just step back and look non-plussed at me - so now I let the Staffie out and watch the stampede !! - I know I'm a bad person :(
 
This adds a whole new dimension to the "critter-proof feeder" problem - I don't think 4" drain pipe baffles are going to work somehow...
