First is a Moorish Gecko (Tarentola mauritanica).
The second is a Large Psammodromus (Psammodromus algirus).
Third is a Wall Lizard (Podarcis sp.). Where exactly in southern Spain did you see this lizard? It should help with the ID.

I think that would make it Vaucher's Wall Lizard Podarcis vaucheri but someone else might be able to confirm.
