Flagged Avocet Surrey (1 Viewer)

This Avocet was one of three birds present at QE2 Res Surrey this afternoon. It had a blue flag on it's right leg, with what seems to be a yellow/gold ring holding it on. No other rings, BTO or otherwise present.

I have tried the CR website but find this rather difficult to navigate since it was updated..

Would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction as to where this bird was ringed.

Cheers
Dave

Funnily enough I noticed an Avocet at Cresswell Pond, Northumberland, on Monday with a pale green ring on it's left leg. I couldn't get a good enough look with my rubbish scope to see if there were any numbers or letters on it unfortunately.
