a friend of mine in Canada has a Canon s3. Someone has played with the camera so that the focus range says 50cm to 90cm instead of 90 to infinity.

I've told her to reset all but that has no impact. so can anyone suggest how to get this back to normal?

just had a play with my girlfriends S3 and I can't get it to reproduce these readings. sorry no help here

we tried Canon and they were absolutely USELESS - "it can't do that BLAH DE BLAH"

I've told her to take it to the shop. its still under guarantee.
