raptor Southern Portugal (1 Viewer)

Does any one have an idea on this bird id?
(see attached pics please)

The photos were taken a few days ago (~5days), in Castro Verde, southern Alentejo, Portugal.
The photos aren't mine. No other photos available. It's ID has left some doubts elsewhere.
I'm leaning towards a immature Spanish Imp, given feathering and mostly based in gis and size.
