a VERY white wheatear (1 Viewer)

taken near Delphi Greece 12.6.17
this looks like a Northern Wheatear, but neck and chest SO white.
any suggestion/ explanation?

I think worn adults in summer, before the moult, especially the race libanotica of southern Europe are very white indeed. I've similar ones in Spain.
