Rose ringed parakeets in London Hyde Park (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone. I saw a photo of people feeding the parakeets in Hyde Park. They came right down. Any ideas how I can get them to come down like this? Like what food would be best?

They also like Sunflower Hearts and Lard mixed with mixed seeds etc... this is a female that visits my garden, pic taken through the window.

So far I've three different birds - one male and two females visiting; they eat fast and messily ;)
