Problems scanning and restore dates!! (1 Viewer)

Hi, I am having trouble with scanning my computer (Norton) it just scans forever more but never completes the process! I also find that when I try to restore to a previous date I get a message saying there are no date's saved although I save restore date on a regular basis (Windows 7) Even when I put a date in it does not save. Any ideas?

Hi, it could be malware that is causing your Norton to fail when scanning. I would download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-malware programme (if your computer lets you). and run it to see if it finds anything. It is a widely respected anti-malware programme. Link below:
