Loggerhead Shrike is correct! It does not sound like the normal shrike does it? Here is your next "Bird Song", it should be refreshingly easy...

Well I said it would be tough and here it is...now don't get all excited, obviously the bird in the recording is a Pileated Woodpecker! ;) I want you to ID the bird in the background...
