Mangrove kingfisher?, Kwando, Namibia, November 2017 (1 Viewer)

This ought to be an easy ID, but it is confusing me, because the books I have suggest this bird should only be in Mozambique, and not in the Caprivi Strip! It ought to be a woodland kingfisher but it does not half look like a mangrove one from other pics...

It doesn't have the black bill or eye-stripe of the woodland, the buff belly of the grey-headed, nor the stripy front of the brown-hooded.

Could the mangrove have extended its range lately?
