1. and 2. pic. is a Wimbrel (Regenbrachvogel).
3. Marsh Harrier (Rohrweihe).

I believe the third picture shows two Common Terns, despite the difference in colour. A Whiskered Tern would have a whitish vent and whitish undersides to the wings, and one would also be clearly smaller.

The last bird looks like a Reed or Marsh Warbler to me (note the rounded tail).

Local rarity
I think 3 is a Marsh Harrier. Although it has a superficial resemblance to a Golden Eagle, the 'fingers' of the wingtip are both to few and too short for it to be a Goldie.

I'd almost go for Garden Warbler for 5.

Not to mention that golden eagle has a two-toned tail, with outer half darker than inner.
