I think 3 is a Marsh Harrier. Although it has a superficial resemblance to a Golden Eagle, the 'fingers' of the wingtip are both to few and too short for it to be a Goldie.

Not to mention that golden eagle has a two-toned tail, with outer half darker than inner.
