Another two birds seen in murky conditions on the North Norfolk coast.

ID would be appreciated.

How about an intergrade Rubicola(spotted rump)/Maurus(collar)/Variegatus(white tail sides)? Or some such combination...
 
Maurus should have pale rump and utc's and less colorfull underparts and i think it's the same with variegatus. So this is rubicola(/hibernans), not atypical IMO - there's quite a lot of variation.
There should also be more white visible in tail in variegatus, even from these pics.
