Good news for black-tailed godwits

The RSPB and WWT have launched a scheme to save black-tailed godwits. Twenty six chicks have hatched after thirty two eggs were collected and incubated.

I just posted this in another forum as I didn't notice it here. I never know where to put stuff and I'm sure as I've said before, that one of these forums is unneccessary?

I'm not the only one, it's fairly regular that topics turn up in more than one place.
