Is this bird a Green Sandpiper or a Wood Sandpiper? I was fairly certain that it was a Green Sandpiper but now I'm not so certain.

it's a wood sandpiper. one of the clues is the strong supercilium extending way behind the eye; heavily spotted back, fine barring on tail versus 3-4 thicker dark bars on green etc.

Thanks! Pretty much what I suspected. Woods are much more common than Greens where I took the picture and Greens tend to be a bit warier. Pity though as it means that I don't have any photos of a Green Sandpiper. Even I can see that the other pictures are of Wood Sandpipers.
